What makes this skiresort Special, most of it is not that high situated not to have any forests anymroe what gives it a very nice ambiance with skiing between the trees.
Snowboarder will have fun here as the slopes are not to steep and give many options for freerides what makes it almost perfect.
The top of all is called Chaserrugg mountain where Swiss star architects built a new restaurant behind the cablecar station. It has a south side bench outside for all sunhungry ones.
To reach Chäserrugg it has a rail first and a Gondola second to get up the summit.
The Iglu bar at the base Station and the summit rstaurant need a creative hand as they could make much more out of it.
Obviously they do not like Music in this skiresort a there is no single place playing any. But for a real experience in the moutains there would be People which would expect something like this with playing a bit Swiss Folks Music or any good other playlist but about this obviously they not yet found out in this hidden world of Toggenburg. Neighter in Wilhaus nor in Alt St. Johann. Maybe they Kind of scare about EMI fees or whatever else the reason is in this whole canton of holy church Switzerland no one plays any music.
Almost forgot about to mention, the skiresort itself is on the northern side what means, snow holds here longer. The angle of the mountain is not that steep what guarantees sun late into the afternoons anyway.
